• It also called for the anti-abortion democrats to give up some ground on health care reform.
• The Washington Post says that Universal Health Care tends to drastically lower the abortion rate.
• In unfortunate news, Utah has now criminalized “intentional” miscarriages.
• There’s a new study on how women on the birth control pill live longer.

Our Action Fund has endorsed his opponent, Jose Peralta, and is asking everyone to use Facebook and Twitter to spread the word. Check out their website for more information on the election, as well as where you can vote!

Because really, enough is enough with this culture of violence against women in Albany.

No one should ever have to put their lives at risk in order to provide basic health care. Yet somehow, that’s the reality of the world we live in today.

So today, to all of the health care providers out there who persist in providing services to those who need them, thank you.
